To enter the Sweepstakes you must be a lawful permanent resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and be 21 years of age or older. Sweepstakes is void outside of the 50 United States (and the District of Columbia), in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, possessions and commonwealths, and where restricted or prohibited by law.
Sweepstakes Promotion Period :
The Food Network Store Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01 a.m. (Pacific Time (“PT”)) on October 1, 2009 and ends at 11:59 a.m. PT on October 31, 2009 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER DAY, PER PERSON/ADDRESS.
Prize(s) :
One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will win one (1) trip to a filming location (the “Location”) for Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest consisting of the following:
(A) (a) round trip coach class air transportation for two (2) people between the major U.S. commercial airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence and the Location as determined by Sponsor; (b) a convertible or sports-type rental car (car type subject to availability) for the duration of the trip (available from the airport); (c) hotel (“Hotel”) accommodations for three (3) days/two (2) nights (one (1) double occupancy room, room rate and tax only); (d) meal for two (2) at the restaurant at the Location where the taping shall occur; (e) meet and greet with Guy Fieri; (f) the opportunity to appear in an episode of Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives (the “Episode”); and (g) $500 spending money (for Grand Prize Winner only) (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of trip with airfare: $2,750).

(B) (a) if the Grand Prize Winner lives within driving distance of the Location, Grand Prize Winner has the option to drive to the Location in a convertible or sports-type rental car (car type subject to availability) for the duration of the trip; (b) Hotel accommodations for three (3) days/two (2) nights (one (1) double occupancy room, room rate and tax only); (c) meal for two (2) at the restaurant at the Location where the taping shall occur; (d) meet and greet with Guy Fieri; (e) the opportunity to appear in an Episode of Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives; and (f) $500 spending money (for Grand Prize Winner only) (ARV of trip without airfare: $1,550).
Total approximate retail value of all prizes in the Sweepstakes is $2,750 including airfare; or $1,550 if the Grand Prize Winner lives within driving distance of the Location.
