Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District Of Columbia who have reached the age of the Majority in the Jurisdiction within which they reside on the date of entry and have Internet access at time of entry. Sweepstakes void where prohibited by law.
Sweepstakes Promotion Period :
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on October 15, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on January 31, 2010, (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Limit :
Limit one (1) entry per person/e-mail address, per day of the Sweepstakes Period.
Prize(s) :
One (1) Grand Prize will consist of a trip for the grand prize winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to New York City, New York. Trip includes 3 days/2 nights hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy), two (2) tickets to the Martha Stewart Show, a tour of the Martha Stewart Test Kitchens, and roundtrip coach class airfare for two (2) from a major airport near Grand Prize Winner’s residence to New York City, New York. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3,600 (actual value of the grand prize may vary depending upon location of Grand Prize Winner’s residence and dates of travel. In the event the Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles from New York City, NY, round trip ground transportation between Grand Prize Winner’s residence and New York City will be provided in lieu of round trip coach air transportation. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of prize will not be awarded.)
Ten (10) First Prizes will be awarded, each to consist of One (1) gift basket containing Hain Celestial products and a nutritional book by Keri Glassman MS, RD, CDN. ARV of each First Prize: $100.
Second Prizes: One hundred (100) Second Prizes will be awarded, each to consist of a subscription to Everyday Food magazine. Publication is subject to availability. ARV of each Second Prize: $50 each.
