The Wendy's Home Makeover Combo Sweepstakes (the “Instant Win Game”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (and the District of Columbia) who are 18 years old and older at the time of entry.

Sweepstakes Promotion Period :

The Instant Win Game begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET"), November 16, 2009 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET, January 4, 2010 (the "Promotion Period") and consists of 7 entry periods.

Limit :

Up to 5 Instant Win Game plays per day during the Promotion Period.
