The Grand Prize Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on December 21, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on January 17, 2010 (the "Grand Prize Sweepstakes Period").
The First Prize Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. ET on December 21, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on February 13, 2010 (the "First Prize Sweepstakes Period").
All online entries submitted by 11:59 pm ET on January 17, 2010 will be eligible for the Grand Prize and First Prize Sweepstakes. All online entries submitted after 11:59 pm ET on January 17, 2010 will only be eligible for the First Prize Sweepstakes.

Limit one (1) entry per person for the entire Promotion.
Prize(s) :
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be awarded the "Big Game" Grand Prize Package from February 5 to February 8, 2010. The Grand Prize Package includes: i) roundtrip coach-class airfare for Grand Prize Winner and guest between a major metropolitan city airport in the US closest to the Grand Prize Winner's residence and Miami, FL from February 5-February 8, 2010 for the Super Bowl, ii) three (3) nights hotel accommodations (one (1) standard room double occupancy) at Epic Hotel, iii) two (2) lower level Endzone Super Bowl Tickets, iv) Breakfast daily, v) Luxury Bus Transportation to and from the Game, vi) two (2) Super Bowl Logo'd Footballs, vii) two (2) deluxe gift bags, and viii) On-site staff to assist. Total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $11,100.
