Celebrity Cruises Eclipse of a Lifetime Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) and Canada (excluding Quebec), who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry.

The Sweepstakes begins on December 7, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on January 14, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period").
