Lady Gaga Monster Ball Tour Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") and these official rules are governed, construed and interpreted under the laws of the United States. Open and offered only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and Guam) who are eighteen (18) years of age and older (or for residents of Alabama and Nebraska, 19 years of age or older) at time of entry. This Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. PT on 1/29/10 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on 4/18/10 ("Sweepstakes Period").

One (1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize winner will receive two (2) tickets to see a live concert performance by Lady Gaga prior to September 30th, 2010, on dates and location to be determined solely by Sponsor dependent upon final tour schedule. In addition, winner will also receive two (2) Super Deluxe Box Sets of the Fame Monster and two (2) limited edition lenticular Lady Gaga posters. Prize details: Includes round trip coach class air transportation for two (2) from the major airport closest to the winner’s home address concert city location for travel from one day prior to concert day and one day following concert date only. Carrier used will be at the Sponsor’s sole discretion and flights may include stopovers and/or connections. Two (2) nights/ three (3) days hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy) at hotel of Sponsor’s choice.
