Eligibility :
“Blue Diamond Basketball Nut Sweepstakes” (“Sweepstakes”) open to all legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 years or older. Void in Alaska, Hawaii and wherever prohibited by law.
Sweepstakes Promotion Period :
From 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 2, 2010 through 11:59:59 p.m. on May 31, 2010 (the “Entry Period”).
Limit :
Limit one (1) entry per person, e-mail address or household per calendar day regardless of the method of entry. In the event that multiple entries are received on any one (1) calendar day only the first entry received on that day will be accepted and all others will be void.
Prize(s) :
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a four (4) day/three (3) night trip for two (2) to the 2011 NBA All-Star Weekend in Los Angeles, California, at an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Nine Thousand Dollars ($9,000). The trip shall include the following: (i) round-trip coach-class airline tickets from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest to Grand Prize Winner’s residence to a Los Angeles, California-area airport for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest, if Grand Prize Winner resides in Los Angeles, California, ground transportation may be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize; (ii) round-trip airport transfers between the airport and a Los Angeles-area hotel as selected by Sponsors in their sole discretion; (iii) one (1) room, double occupancy, standard hotel accommodations (at a hotel determined by Sponsors) for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest for three (3) nights; (iv) two (2) tickets to the 2011 NBA All-Star Jam Session; (v) two (2) tickets to the 2011 NBA All-Star Friday Night; (vi) two (2) tickets to the 2011 NBA All-Star Saturday Night; and (vii) two (2) tickets to the 2011 NBA All-Star Game. Actual value of Grand Prize may vary based on point of departure and airfare fluctuations.
Five (5) First Prize Winners will each receive two (2) tickets to a 2010-2011 NBA Regular Season game in a city selected by Sponsors in 2010 or 2011; and one (1) autographed Spalding basketball. Each First Prize has an ARV of Three Hundred Dollar ($300). The First Prize Winners are responsible for all costs and expenses not expressly provided for above, including, without limitation, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, souvenirs or other personal expenses.
Fifteen (15) Second Prize Winners will each receive one (1) NBA gift bag that includes one (1) NBA team jersey, one (1) hat and one (1) water bottle. Each Second Prize has an ARV of One Hundred Dollars ($100).
