The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is void outside of these locations and where prohibited by law.
Sweepstakes Promotion Period :
The TiVo Premiere Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") will begin on April 5, 2010 at 12:00:00 am Eastern Time ("ET") and end on May 2, 2010 at 11:59:59 pm ET (the "Sweepstakes Period"). For purposes of these rules, a Sweepstakes Day shall be a calendar day during the Sweepstakes Period and shall begin at 12:00:00 am ET and will end at 11:59:59 pm ET. All entries must be received by the Administrator by May 2, 2010 at 11:59:59 pm ET.
Limit :
Only one (1) internet entry per person/email address is permitted regardless of the Station Entry Page from which the entries are submitted.
Prize(s) :
Twenty (20) Prizes: Each Prize is a TiVo Premiere box with 3 months of service. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $338.84 each. The Prize winner will be solely responsible for all taxes and all other fees and expenses not specified herein associated with the receipt and use of the Prize.
