Eligibility :
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (the “Entrant”).
Sweepstakes Promotion Period :
The Herr Foods, Inc “Make Herr’s HIS Father’s Day” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 10, 2010 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on June 6, 2010, subject to the entry periods and drawing dates outlined in the “ENTRY PERIODS” section. There will be four (4) weekly entry periods (each an “Entry Period”) held during the Sweepstakes Period, each associated with a drawing date.
Limit :
Limit of one (1) Entry per person per Entry Period. A maximum total of four (4) entries are allowed per person during the Sweepstakes Period, equivalent to one (1) entry per person per Entry Period.
Prize(s) :
One (1) Grand Prize of a “Perfect Day With Dad” prize package will be awarded, having a maximum ARV of $400. The Grand Prize will include; (a) two (2) tickets to the Grand Prize Winner’s choice of a sporting event, concert event or other event/activity located within sixty (60) miles of the city in which the Grand Prize Winner resides (the “Event”); and (b) Herr’s branded T-shirts, hats and Herr’s sample products.
Four (4) Weekly Prizes will be awarded consisting of a Herr’s Gift Pack, having an approximate retail value (the “ARV”) of $47 each. Each Weekly Prize will include; (a) two (2) Herr’s branded T-shirts; and (b) a forty two (42) count box of assorted Herr’s snacks.
