The Lipton® “Sparkle With Your Friends” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) starts May 3, 2010, at 12:01 a.m. ET and ends June 11, 2010, at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Sweepstakes Period").

Prize(s) :
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded consisting of a trip for winner and three (3) guests to New York City, NY. Grand Prize includes round-trip coach air transportation for winner and guests from an airport near the winner’s home within the continental U.S. to New York, NY, two (2) double occupancy standard hotel rooms for three (3) nights, a Sex and the City 2 makeover for winner and winner’s guests (a total of four (4) makeovers), each of which may include hair styling, make-up application, and select attire; prize will be awarded in the form of a Three Hundred Dollar ($300) spa gift card and Six Hundred Sixty Dollar ($660) Visa gift card to be used for clothes shopping. Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, the winner and his or her guests have the right to decline any proposed makeover services, which declined services will not be replaced or substituted, four (4) vouchers each good for dinner for four (4) people at a restaurant selected by Sponsor, four (4) tickets to the “Sex and the City Hotspots” tour and One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) spending money. Estimated retail value (“ERV”) of the Grand Prize: up to Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) depending upon winner’s point of travel origin.
Ten (10) First Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of a gift card in the amount of Eight Hundred Dollars ($800) that may be used toward the purchase of a pair of designer shoes. Actual Retail Value (“ARV”) per First Prize: Eight Hundred Dollars ($800).
Five Hundred (500) Second Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of a gift card in the amount of Two Hundred Dollars ($200) that may be used towards the purchase of a necklace customized with winner’s name. ARV per Second Prize: Two Hundred Dollars ($200).
One Thousand (1,000) Third Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of a Sex and the City 2 notebook. ERV per Third Prize: Seven Dollars and Fifty Cents ($7.50).
