Scotts Insider 2010 (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
Sweepstakes Promotion Period :
The Promotion begins on April 7, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on October 31, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period") and consists of thirty (30) weekly entry periods (each a "Weekly Entry Period").
Limit :
During the Promotion Period, each participant may register/login, and click on the "Weekly Tip" link one (1) time per day, and tell up to three (3) friends per day. Each entrant may receive ten (10) entries for being registered to receive the Scotts Lawn Care Reminders, signing up to receive Scotts Lawn Care Reminders (if not already signed up), or clicking on the alternate method of entry link during the Promotion Period. Entrants who refer friends that subsequently sign up to receive Scotts Lawn Care Reminders through the Promotion, will receive ten (10) additional entries per friend into the Seasonal Entry Period drawing corresponding to the date when his/her friend signs up to receive the Scotts Lawn Care Reminders. Each entrant may also receive five (5) additional entries per week by participating in polling and five (5) additional entries per question answered for participating in an online survey.
