Prize(s) :
Grand Prize Winners (2) - Two (2) winners will each receive a Beautyrest® Anniversary Queen mattress PLUS Beautyrest® sheet set, pillows and mattress protector. (AVR: $2,400). If a winner bought a new Simmons® Beautyrest® mattress within the Entry Period and presents a valid proof of purchase receipt, Sponsor may refund the amount paid by winner for the mattress up to $2,000 instead.
Weekly Winners (12) - Twelve (12) weekly winners will each receive a Beautyrest® Anniversary Queen size mattress. (AVR: $2,000) If a winner bought a new Simmons® Beautyrest® mattress within the Entry Period and presents a valid proof of purchase receipt, Sponsor may refund the amount paid by winner for the mattress up to $2,000 instead.
