The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. and foreign territories and possessions) (the "Eligibility Area") who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and have the ability to enter into valid contracts in their personal jurisdiction of residence. Only individuals may enter; no entry from any corporation or other entity shall be accepted. The Modern Muscle X Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00:01 PM Central Time on June 1, 2010 and ends at 11:59:59 AM Central Time on December 30, 2010 (the "Sweepstakes Period").

Prize(s) :
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.
