Paul Masson Uniquely Smooth Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding California) who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry. TN RESIDENTS MAY NOT ENTER ONLINE.
Sweepstakes Promotion Period :
The Sweepstakes begins on May 1, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on July 31, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period").
Limit :
Each participant may enter one (1) time per day by any method or combination of methods during the Promotion Period.
Prize(s) :
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A 2010 Paul Masson Brandy vehicle (“vehicle”) customized by Will Castro from Unique Autosports (approximate retail value or “ARV” of vehicle: $50,000). Sponsor will determine all features of vehicle including but not limited to color of exterior and interior, and all other features or upgrades. Winner must be a licensed driver and will be required to provide proof of insurance at time of delivery. Grand Prize travel portion of prize consists of roundtrip coach air transportation for winner and one (1) guest from major airport nearest winner’s residence, two (2) nights hotel accommodations (single room, double-occupancy), ground transportation between airport and hotel, and between hotel and taping location, plus $500 in spending money (maximum trip ARV: $3,000). Total Grand Prize ARV: $53,000.
ONE HUNDRED (100) FIRST PRIZES: A Paul Masson T-shirt (size determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV: $10.
