Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States. and District of Columbia who are 18 years or older.
Sweepstakes Promotion Period :
Between 12:01 a.m. ET on 7/22/10 and 11:59 p.m. ET on 10/15/10.
Limit :
Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address, per day, regardless of whether more than one person uses the same email address.
Prize(s) :
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive $5,000 in the form of a check made payable to the Grand Prize winner. In addition, Nestlé Community Affairs will directly donate a $2,000 Nestlé Educational Foundation School Grant ("Grant") to the Grand Prize winner's choice of a public or private educational institution, Kindergarten through Grade 12 with a verified tax status as a 501(c)(3) organization as defined under the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 as amended or considered government instrumentalities that are eligible to receive tax-deductible contributions from individuals under Section 170(c)1 of the Internal Revenue Code (the “School”). (ARV $5,000. ARV does not include Grant.)
Eighty-six (86) prizes, one per day: Each winner will receive a Crayola® Dry-Erase Family Creativity Pack which includes one (1) Dry-Erase Board Set, one (1) Dry-Erase Decals Garden Party Set, one (1) Dry-Erase Decals Pipe Dreams Set, and one (1) Dry-Erase Line Poster (Approximate Retail Value "ARV" $50.00).
