The Choice Privileges Hula for the Holidays Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least the age of majority in the state in which they reside at the time of entry.
Sweepstakes Promotion Period :
The Sweepstakes begins on October 20, 2010 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on December 15, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period").

Prize(s) :
