This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the lower 48 United States or District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older on or before September 13, 2010.. The Sweepstakes is void in Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. territories, possessions and commonwealths, and where restricted or prohibited by law.

Sweepstakes Promotion Period :

Beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on September 13, 2010 until 5:00 p.m. ET on December 27, 2010 (the "Sweepstakes Period").

Limit :

Limit one (1) online entry, per valid email address, per eligible person per day.

Prize(s) :

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will win a choice of either: (A) $40,000.00 in cash (awarded in the form of a check) OR (B) a Chevy Equinox vehicle (Approximate Retail Value of the vehicle ("ARV" or Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price ("MSRP"): $28,310.00) plus $8,493.00 awarded as a check to the recipient, which may be used toward the payment of taxes. Automobile prize does not include tax, title and license fees. Total ARV of Grand Prize with car: $36,803.00. Total ARV of all prizes in the Sweepstakes: $40,000.00/ $36,803.00.
