As part of the contest, the makers of Children’s Advil® will donate $5 for every entry submitted and $1 for every vote cast to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals®."

This Contest is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (with the exception of residents of AL and NE who must be 19 or older & residents of MS who must be 21 or older) as of date of entry and who are parents/legal guardians of a child age 2-11 as of date of entry.

Beginning 12:00:00 AM (the Start of Day) ET on 12/6/10, entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on 1/31/11.
Limit :
You may enter more than once; however, each Submission must be submitted separately and you must complete a separate Official Contest Entry form with each Submission.
Prize(s) :
