The Off Road Gaming Machine Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the forty-six (46) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (excluding residents of Florida and New York), who, at the time of entry, are able and prepared to document that they are at least twenty-one (21) years of age and not a minor in their primary state of residence, and possess a valid driver’s license in the state of residence.
