Eligibility :

Open to legal US Residents of the forty eight (48) contiguous United States, the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry (the “Entrant”).

Sweepstakes Promotion Period :

The Get in Gear for the New Year Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (CT) on January 3, 2011 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on March 12, 2011 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit :

There is a limit of eleven (11) entries per Entrant during the Sweepstakes Period.

Prize(s) :

One (1) Grand Prize of $2,500 cash in the form of a check will be awarded. The total Approximate Retail Value (the “ARV”) of all Grand Prizes to be awarded is $2,500.

Ten (10) First Prizes of $250 cash in the form of a check will be awarded. The ARV of each First Prize is $250.00. The total ARV of all First Prizes to be awarded is $2,500.
