One (1) Grand Prize Winner shall win the Grand Prize consisting of: the home in Stowe, Vermont (the "HGTV Dream Home") that is featured in the "HGTV Dream Home" special, plus home furnishings, merchandise, an automobile, the "HGTV Doggie Dream Home," and $500,000 in cash (awarded in the form of a check or a wire transfer). The HGTV Dream Home is valued at approximately $1,500,000 as of November 2010 (includes structure, lot, landscaping, home furnishings, merchandise, artwork, accessories, and the HGTV Doggie Dream Home). Actual value of HGTV Dream Home depends on market fluctuations. The automobile is a 2011 GMC Acadia Denali (Approximate retail value ("ARV"): $51,120). In lieu of taking title to the HGTV Dream Home (and the contents of the HGTV Dream Home), Grand Prize Winner will have the option of receiving $650,000 in cash in addition to the $500,000 cash prize and automobile mentioned above.
