Eligibility :

You must be a legal resident of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia) and 18 years or older time of entry to be eligible to enter.

Sweepstakes Promotion Period :

The Sweepstakes starts at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) on January 5, 2011, and ends at 8:15:00 PM ET on January 28, 2011 (“Promotion Period”).

Limit :

Limit one (1) Entry per person/email address.

Prize(s) :

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for two (2) to Atlantis, Paradise Island, Bahamas (“Trip”). Trip includes:

• Round trip coach air transportation for Winner and Guest from a major airport near Winner’s residence to Nassau, Bahamas (Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 150 miles of the Location);

• Round trip ground transportation for Winner and Guest between hotel and airport in Nassau;

• Two (2) nights accommodations for Winner and Guest at Atlantis, Paradise Island (single room based on double occupancy, room and tax only);

• Two (2) tickets to the Josh Groban Concert at Atlantis;
