Sweepstakes Promotion Period :
From NOON Eastern Time (“ET”) on January 3, 2011 to NOON ET on January 20, 2011 (the "Entry Period").
Limit :
Limit one entry per person.
Prize(s) :
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of (a) round-trip coach air transportation for two to Las Vegas, NV (the "Destination") from a major commercial airport in the continental United States, near the winner’s primary residence, as determined by Sponsor; provided that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 150 miles of the Destination; (b) two nights hotel accommodations at Caesars Palace Las Vegas (one double occupancy room and room tax only); and (c) two (2) tickets to the February 5, 2011 performance of Cher at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace (TOTAL Approximate Retail Value (ARV) = $2,500.00).
