VH1 and Verizon Present "The Ultimate Football Viewing Experience" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") commences at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") December 23, 2010 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET January 14, 2011 (the "Promotion Period"). All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET January 14, 2011.
