One (1) Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize Winner will receive a check for $30,000, with an approximate retail value (ARV of $30,000, the (Grand Prize).
One-hundred (100) first place winners. Each first place winner will receive one (1) LA- Noire Prize Pack consisting of: (i) one (1) 1940's style military flashlight, with an ARV of $20; (ii) one (1) Parnell soup stash can, with an ARV of $20 (iii) one (1) in-game branded popcorn cup, with an ARV of $1; (iv) one (1) moleskin notebook, with an ARV of $9; (v) one (1) mug shot t-shirt, with an ARV of $20; (vi) one (1) ransom t-shirt, with an ARV of $20; (vii) LA Noire magnets, with an ARV of $10; and (viii) pencils, with an ARV of $3, collectively (First Place Prizes). The total ARV of each First Place Prize is $103.
Five-thousand (5,000) second place winners. Each second place winner will receive either: (i) one (1)XBOX downloadable content token, with an ARV of $5 each; OR (ii) one (1) PS3 DLC downloadable content token, with an ARV of $5 each, collectively the (Second Place Prizes). The choice of which downloadable content token each Winner receives will be at the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor.
