The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, as of date of entry.
Sweepstakes Promotion Period :
The Sweepstakes commences at 6:00:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) on May 12, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (EDT) on June 22, 2011 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM (EDT) on June 22, 2011.

Limit one (1) entry per person throughout the Sweepstakes Period.
Prize(s) :
One Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) Acer ICONIA TAB W500 and one (1) $250.00 digital music retail gift card (collectively, the “Grand Prize”). The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $979.00.
Five (5) First Prize Winners will each receive one (1) $100.00 digital music retail gift card (each a “First Prize”). The ARV of all of the First Prizes is $500.00.
