The Contest is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (except the states of Florida, New York and Rhode Island) and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the time of entry.
Sweepstakes Promotion Period :
The eHow.com “Edible Nation” Contest (the “Contest”) submission period begins at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time on Monday, June 6, 2011 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on Saturday, July 16, 2011 (the “Contest Submission Period”).
Limit :
There is a limit of one entry per person per Contest.
Prize(s) :
One (1) 1st Prize Winner will be selected to receive: i) two (2) roundtrip airline tickets from anywhere in the continental United States to any of the three (3) commercial airports in New York City, namely, Newark International Airport, LaGuardia International Airport or JFK International Airport (collectively, the “Airports”), to be used by the 1st Prize Winner and a guest of his/her choosing (the “Designated Guest”); (ii) a two-‐night stay in a double-‐occupancy standard room at the Gansevoort Park Avenue Hotel (or a standard double-‐occupancy room at an equivalent hotel if a standard room at the Gansevoort Park Avenue Hotel is not available on the dates the 1st Prize Winner chooses in accordance with these Official Rules) (approximate retail value: $405.00); (iii) round-‐trip ground transportation between the Airport and the hotel (approximate retail value: $500); (iv) dinner for two at a restaurant of one of Rachael Ray’s Buddies, said Buddy to be determined by Rachael Ray; (v) round-‐trip ground transportation from the hotel to the restaurant (approximate retail value: $100); and a gift basket from Evette Rios (approximate retail value: $400). The 1st Prize has an approximate total monetary retail value not to exceed $5,000.
Two (2) 2nd prize winners will be selected to receive: a Rachael Ray cooking set (approximate retail value: $250.00).
