Eligibility :

Cinemark's "Larry Crowne; Fund Your Future" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) who are at least sixteen (16) years old at the time of entry.

Sweepstakes Promotion Period :

The Sweepstakes begins on June 17, 2011 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on July 11, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period").

Limit :

Each person may enter one (1) time during the Promotion Period.

Prize(s) :

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A $10,000 scholarship deposited into the winner's 529 account.

ONE (1) FIRST PRIZE: A $5,000 scholarship deposited into the winner's 529 account.

ONE (1) SECOND PRIZE: A $2,500 scholarship deposited into the winner's 529 account.
