Heinz® Ketchup Guess What We Just Planted? Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
Sweepstakes Promotion Period :
The Sweepstakes begins on June 29, 2011 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on September 30, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period").
Limit :
Each person may enter one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry.
Prize(s) :
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: An all-new hybrid or electric sedan. Make and model determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor will determine all features of automobile including but not limited to color of exterior and interior, and all other features or upgrades will be allowed only if permitted by delivery dealer and paid for by winner. Winner must be a licensed driver and will be required to provide proof of insurance at time of delivery. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $30,000.
ONE (1) FIRST PRIZE: An eco-friendly getaway for four (4). Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for four (4) from a major airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Costa Rica; six (6) nights' accommodations at the Tiskita Jungle Lodge (single room, quad occupancy); and $1,000 spending money. Winner must complete the trip within one (1) year from the drawing date or prize will be forfeited. ARV: $16,750.
TWENTY-FIVE (25) SECOND PRIZES: A road bike. Make, model, and all other features of bike determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. ARV: $500.
THIRTY (30) THIRD PRIZES: A poly-wood outdoor garden bench. Size and style determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. ARV: $500.
