Eligibility :

Macy's Backstage Pass Sweepstakes (the "Instant Win Game") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, who are at least thirteen (13) years old at the time of entry.

Sweepstakes Promotion Period :

The Instant Win Game begins on August 8, 2011, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on October 31, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period").

Limit :

Each entrant may play the Instant Win Game up to twenty-three (23) times per day using any one method or combination of methods of entry during the Promotion Period.

Prize(s) :

TEN (10) GRAND PRIZES: $500 Shopping Spree (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $500);

FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY (450) FIRST PRIZES: $100 Winning Codes (ARV: $100)

ONE THOUSAND (1,000) SECOND PRIZES: $50 Winning Codes (ARV: $50)

FOUR THOUSAND (4,000) THIRD PRIZES: $25 Winning Codes (ARV: $25)

THIRTY THOUSAND (30,000) FOURTH PRIZES: $10 Winning Code (ARV: $10). TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $500,000.
