The DISARONNO New Year's Eve Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal U.S. residents who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in California, Utah, and where prohibited or restricted by law, regulation, rule or otherwise.
Sweepstakes Promotion Period :
Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on October 1, 2011 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 7, 2011.
Limit :

Prize(s) :
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a 4 day/3 night trip for the Grand Prize Winner and three (3) guests to New York, New York for New Year's Eve 2011.
