The Faribault Foods, Inc. “S&W Beans Chili Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) is only open to entrants who, as of the entry date, are legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States (i.e., excluding the States of Alaska and Hawaii) or the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old. The Sweepstakes is void outside the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, and where prohibited or restricted by law.
Sweepstakes Promotion Period :
The Sweepstakes entry period begins at 12:01 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on November 7, 2011 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT November 30, 2011 (the “Entry Period”).
Limit :
One (1) entry per person in this Sweepstakes.

Prize(s) :
Three (3) Grand Prizes will be awarded in the Sweepstakes. A Grand Prize consists of and is limited to one (1) $250 Visa gift card (gift card subject to the terms, conditions, restrictions and limitations of the issuer thereof) and one (1) S&W Beans “Chili Makin’ Kit”, which consists of one (1) of each of the following: crock pot, can strainer, 12" oval wooden spoon, can opener, magnetic digital timer (items as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), and two (2) to three (3) cans of S&W Beans product (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV of a Grand Prize is $300, and the ARV of all Grand Prizes in the Sweepstakes is $900.
Forty-seven (47) First Prizes will be awarded in the Sweepstakes. A First Prize consists of and is limited to one (1) S&W Beans “Chili Makin’ Kit”, which consists of one (1) of each of the following: crock pot, can strainer, 12" oval wooden spoon, can opener, magnetic digital timer (items as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), and two (2) to three (3) cans of S&W Beans product (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion).
