This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Florida and New York) who are at least the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside at time of entry and who are enrolled as a part time or full time student in the Spring 2012 semester at an accredited college or university as of February 29, 2012.
Sweepstakes Promotion Period :
Commences at 12:00:01 PM (ET) on March 8, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 AM (ET) on March 29, 2012 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received by 11:59:59 AM (ET) on March 29, 2012.
Limit :
Limit one (1) entry per person per day.

Prize(s) :
Grand Prize (1): The Grand Prize Winner will receive: (a) a minimum five (5) day rental of the Seaside Heights beach house featured in the MTV series Jersey Shore (the “Rental Property”) for Grand Prize Winner and up to four (4) guests (the “Guests”) (the actual duration of the rental will be determined by Sponsors and disclosed to the Grand Prize Winner at time of winner verification), (b) roundtrip economy airfare for Grand Prize Winner and up to four (4) of his/her Guests from a major gateway in the 48 contiguous United States to a major gateway nearest to Seaside, NJ (as determined by Sponsors) [Sponsor reserves the right to substitute roundtrip ground transportation (as determined by Sponsors) if Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of Seaside, NJ] and (c) roundtrip ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and up to four (4) Guests to/from the airport in or near Seaside, NJ (the “Grand Prize”). The Grand Prize Winner may include up to an additional five (5) Guests at the Rental Property, but no transportation shall be provided for such additional Guests. The estimated retail value (“ERV”) of the Grand Prize is between $7,500.00 and $14,500.00
First Prizes (9): Each First Prize Winner will receive a MTV Jersey Shore giftpack (e.g. a selection of Jersey Shore-related or branded items to be determined by Sponsors) (the “First Prize(s)” and together with the Grand Prize, the “Prizes”). The ERV of each First Prize giftpack is $75.00.
