Is your place in need of a style update? Enter the Apartment Guide “Your Picks. Your Place.” Sweepstakes for a chance to win $10,000 to redo your place to fit your personal design style.

Eligibility :

In order to be eligible for entry into the Sweepstakes, you must be a legal permanent United States resident residing in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and 18 years of age or older with a unique valid Social Security number at the time of entry (the "Entrant").

Sweepstakes Promotion Period :

The "Your Picks. Your Place." Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 9:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on June 20, 2012 and ends at 9:00 PM ET on August 14, 2012 (the "Sweepstakes Period").

Limit :

Limit one (1) entry per person/e-mail address per day.

Prize(s) :

One (1) Grand Prize of $10,000 cash will be awarded in the form of a check.

Two (2) Entry Period Prizes of a $250 American Express gift card each will be awarded per Entry Period. A total of eight (8) Entry Period Prizes will be awarded having an approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $2,000.

Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded is $12,000.
