The “On The House” Great Backyard Makeover Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, eighteen (18) years of age or older on May 26, 2012 or if the age of majority is greater than eighteen (18) years in the jurisdiction where you live, you must be at least the age of majority on the date of entry.
Sweepstakes Promotion Period :

The California Redwood Association (CRA) will provide the winner with redwood decking with a retail value of not less than $5,000. Depending on the area of the country in which the winner is chosen, the CRA reserves the right to furnish decking or other redwood products such as patio furniture, trellis, arbor, gazebo, play structure, etc. of similar value with the cooperation of the winner.

Winner must provide a drawing that includes the following elements: detailed measurements of the existing lot with property lines, identification of existing structures (residence, paths, patios, decking, swimming pools, ponds, outbuilding, etc.), existing planting (trees, shrubs, groundcover, etc.), and a minimum of ten (10) panoramic photos and a maximum of twenty-five (25) total detailed photos of all objects and areas noted herein. The design provided by Rebecca Cole Grows is conceptual only and is not intended to be used as a means of building or creating specific elements by the winner or by a contractor or other building professional. Rebecca Cole Grows shall have no obligation to provide anything beyond the elements specifically noted herein and shall have no liability whatsoever as to the final installed product and/or its performance.
