Eligibility :

Open only to permanent, legal United States (“U.S.”) residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) U.S. or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories), and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and the age of majority in their state of residence as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.

Sweepstakes Promotion Period :

The Healthy ‘n’ Happy Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) will begin on September 28, 2012 at 10:00 AM ET and end on October 19, 2012 at 11:59 PM ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit :

You may enter one (1) time per day for a total of twenty-two (22) Entries per person or email address during the Sweepstakes Period.

Prize(s) :

One (1) prize awarded (“Prize”) to winner (“Winner”). Prize will consist of the following: five hundred dollars ($500) made payable to Winner or in another form subject to Sponsors’ sole discretion.Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Prize is five hundred dollars ($500).
