Eligibility:

The colorFX by imPRESS Car Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry and who are legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous states of the United States or the District of Columbia and have a valid driver’s license. 

Sweepstakes Promotion Period:

Sweepstakes begins 12:00:01 AM EST on April 2, 2024, and ends on 11:59:59 pm EST June 9, 2024 (“Promotion Period”).

Limit:

Limit of one (1) Base Entry per email address. More than one (1) Base Entry from any e-mail address will void all entries from that person (including any Bonus Entries). There is a maximum of ten (10) Bonus Entries per email address.

Prize(s):

One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) BMW 2 Series 230i Coupe custom colored to match the colorFX by imPRESS Nails color of the winner’s choice including sales tax, registration, and transfer fees. (Approximate retail value of $ 53,373.12 USD) and a cash payment of Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00 USD) in the form of a check which is intended to assist with any federal, state, or other tax obligations related to the Vehicle (the “Tax Gross-Up Payment”).
