Enter the HGTV Smart Home Giveaway for your chance of winning the grand prize package, which includes the HGTV Smart Home 2024, an all-electric EQE SUV from Mercedes-Benz, and $150,000 cash.

HGTV Smart Home 2024 Giveaway
Eligibility:

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., including territories, possessions, and commonwealths, age 21 or older as of Promotion start date.

Sweepstakes Promotion Period:

The HGTV® Smart Home 2024 Giveaway begins on April 19th, 2024 at 9 a.m. ET and ends on June 10th, 2024 at 5 p.m. ET.

Limit:

Limit one online entry on the HGTV website, per valid email address, per eligible person per day. Limit one entry on the DIY Network website, per valid email address, per eligible person per day

Prize(s):

One (1) Grand Prize Winner: will receive the following (the “Grand Prize”):

 (i) one (1) home located in Atlanta, Georgia (the “HGTV® Smart Home 2024”) that is featured on the Websites (including home furnishings, fixtures, artwork, and merchandise) (approximate retail value (“ARV”): $795,825); 

(ii) a Mercedes Benz® 2023 EQE® SUV350 or an alternative Mercedes Benz® vehicle of the Grand Prize Winner’s choice, not to exceed an ARV of $81,250 and subject to availability and MBUSA’s approval of selected model, and one (1) electric vehicle charger from MBUSA with an ARV of $945 (the “Vehicle Prize”) (ARV: $82,195); 

(iii) One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000) (awarded in the form of an electronic funds transfer (the “Cash Prize”). Actual value of HGTV® Smart Home 2024 depends on market fluctuations. ARV of total Grand Prize: $1,028,020.
