Eligibility:

The M&M'S® Capture The Color Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States (and the District of Columbia), who have a valid social security or tax ID number and who are at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority in the state where one resides, whichever is greater, and have a mobile device that has camera function, has JavaScript enabled, and has access to the internet, at the time of entry.

Sweepstakes Promotion Period:

The Sweepstakes period begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on April 1, 2024 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on June 30, 2024 ("Sweepstakes Period").

Limit:

Limit eleven (11) entries per person per day (i.e., one (1) Main Entry and ten (10) bonus entries).

Prize(s):

One (1) Grand Prize (ARV: $7,000): i) a trip for winner and one (1) guest to include a VIP package ("VIP Package") consisting of two (2) VIP Nation® concert experiences for winner and one (1) guest to one (1) participating concert ("Concert") listed on www.vipnation.com within the U.S. during the 2024 concert season (excluding Festivals); ii) round-trip, economy class air transportation for two (2) from the major airport nearest Grand Prize winner's home within the U.S. to the major airport nearest the selected Concert; iii) one (1) double occupancy standard hotel room (room and room tax only) for two (2) nights; and iv) a Panasonic Lumix GH5M2 camera. VIP Package includes two (2) reserved tickets and other items unique to the experience selected by the winner, not to exceed $1,500.
