The Cathay Pacific Explore India Sweepstakes Official Rules

Eligibility :

The Cathay Pacific Explore India Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is
open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of
Columbia) and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least eighteen (18) years old
at the time of entry. Employees of Cathay Pacific Airways, LTD, ePrize, LLC, and
their parent and affiliate companies, suppliers as well as the immediate family
(spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such
employee are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local
laws and regulations. Void in Quebec and where prohibited.

Sweepstakes Promotion Period :

The Sweepstakes begins on August 1, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time
("ET") and ends on August 31, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period").

Limit :

You may receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry during the Promotion Period.


Prize(s) :

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for two (2) to winner's choice of destination serviced by Cathay Pacific in India. Trip package consists of roundtrip, coach-class air transportation of two (2) from a Cathay Pacific port city of winner's choice (Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Toronto or Vancouver) to winner's choice of destination serviced by Cathay Pacific in India (Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, and Bengaluru (Bangalore) – note that air transportation to Bengaluru (Bangalore) is provided by Dragonair) and two (2) nights' accommodations at a TAJ Hotels and Resorts facility of Sponsor's choice (single room, double occupancy).
