Eligibility :

Universal Orlando Halloween Horror Nights Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Universal City Development Partners, Ltd., ePrize, LLC, and their parent and affiliate companies, suppliers as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. The Promotion consists of a sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) and an instant win game (the “Instant Win Game”).

Sweepstakes Promotion Period :

The Promotion begins on June 30, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on September 16, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period").

Limit :

Each participant may receive one (1) entry per day for the Sweepstakes and one (1) play per day for the Instant Win Game during the Promotion Period.


Prize(s) :

Sweepstakes Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A Trip for four (4) to Universal Studios Florida & Universal’s Islands of Adventure theme parks. Trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for four (4) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Orlando, FL; four (4) days and three (3) nights accommodations at an on-site Loews hotel at Universal Orlando determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, quadruple occupancy, room and tax only); four (4) 3-Day/2-Park Tickets to Universal Studios Florida & Universal's Islands of Adventure theme parks, including select club access at Universal's CityWalk; four (4) tickets to Halloween Horror Nights; four (4) Halloween Horror Nights Express Passes; and roundtrip non-exclusive ground transfers to and from the airport and hotel in Orlando.

Instant Win Game Prizes:

ONE HUNDRED (100) FIRST PRIZES: One (1) 1-Day/2-Park Ticket to Universal Studios Florida and Universal’s Islands of Adventure.

ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY (180) SECOND PRIZES: A Universal Studios Home Entertainment DVD.

TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $16,196.40.
