MetLife Countdown Sweepstakes Official Rules
Eligibility :
MetLife Countdown Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut currently residing within a 75-mile radius of Yankee Stadium in New York, New York who are 21 years of age or older as of 8/3/08. Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of Metropolitan Life Insurance Company ("Sponsor"), its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, advertising, promotion and administrative agencies, the New York American League Baseball Club, Inc. d/b/a the New York Yankees, its affiliates, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents and the other MLB Entities (as defined below) (hereafter, collectively "Released Parties") Entities"). Void outside the area listed above and where prohibited by law. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
Sweepstakes Promotion Period :
Starts 8/3/08 and ends 9/7/08.
Limit :
There is a limit of one (1) entry per person, per household and per email address for each day of the Promotion Period.
Prize(s) :
The winner will receive (4) tickets to attend the New York Yankees baseball game at Yankee Stadium currently scheduled for 9/13/08 (seat locations to be determined by Sponsor and/or the New York Yankees as applicable, each in its sole discretion), the opportunity to view batting practice from a location on or near the playing field prior to the game, such location as determined by the New York Yankees in its sole and absolute discretion, the opportunity to meet Yankees Manager Joe Girardi, subject to his availability as determined by the New York Yankees in its sole and absolute discretion, the opportunity to tour Monument Park, the opportunity to pull the MetLife Countdown Lever at the following the 5th inning and the opportunity to receive a gift bag provided by Sponsor. Each of the foregoing will be subject to the rules and regulations of the New York Yankees.
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $500.
