Eligibility :

The Take a Player to School Sweepstakes (hereafter, “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are between the ages of 6 and 13 as of the date of entry. Entrants must have a parent's or legal guardian's permission to participate in this Sweepstakes prior to entering.

Sweepstakes Promotion Period :

Sweepstakes begins 12:00:00 pm (noon) Eastern Time (“ET”) on 7/28/08 and ends 11:59:59 pm ET on 9/29/08 (hereafter, “Promotion Period”).

Limit :

Limit one (1) entry per person for the duration of the Promotion Period, regardless of the method of entry used.

Prize(s) :

(34) Grand Prizes (one (1) per each of the thirty-two (32) NFL Team Markets and two (2) for the Non-Team Market): Winner's opportunity to have an NFL player attend school with him/her for a portion of a school day and an NFL Gift Bag consisting of the following officially licensed NFL merchandise: a jersey, hat, t-shirt and sweatshirt. Grand Prize winners may also have the opportunity to assist in the development of fitness activities that may take place on that day. Actual activities are dependant upon both the Sponsor's and the applicable school's full permission and approval. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) = $180 each.

(34) First Prizes (one (1) per each of the thirty-two (32) NFL Team Markets and two (2) for the Non-Team Market): A $150 JCPenney Gift Card.

Total ARV of all prizes: $11,220.
