This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the U.S. and its territories, possessions and commonwealths (excluding Puerto Rico) who are 21 years of age or older as of April 17, 2009.
Sweepstakes Promotion Period :
Beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on April 17, 2009 until 5:00 p.m. ET on June 5, 2009 (the "Sweepstakes Period")
Limit :
Limit one (1) online entry, per valid email address, per eligible person per day.
Prize(s) :
One (1) Grand Prize Winner shall win the Grand Prize which consists of: (i) the home located in Port St. Lucie, Florida (the "HGTV Green Home") that is featured in the "HGTV Green Home" special, (including home furnishings and merchandise); and (ii) an automobile. The home is valued at approximately $700,000 (includes structure, lot, landscaping, merchandise and furniture) as of March 16, 2009. All decisions related to the HGTV Green Home shall be at Main Sponsor's sole discretion. Actual value of HGTV Green Home depends on market fluctuations. The automobile consists of a 2009 GMC Sierra Hybrid (Approximate Retail Value "ARV": $49,645).
