Scotts Insider 2009 Promotion Official Rules
Eligibility :
Scotts Insider 2009 (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
Sweepstakes Promotion Period :
The Promotion begins on March 28, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on October 31, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period"). There are thirty-one (31) weekly entry periods (each a "Weekly Entry Period"). Each Weekly Entry Period begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on Sunday and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET the following Saturday, except for the first Weekly Entry Period which begins on Saturday, March 28, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends on Saturday, April 4, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET. The Promotion Period also contains three (3) seasonal entry periods (each a "Seasonal Entry Period").
Limit :
During the Promotion Period, each participant may register/login, and click on the "Weekly Tip" link one (1) time per day, and tell up to three (3) friends per day. Each entrant may also receive ten (10) entries for being registered to receive the Scotts Lawn Care Reminders, signing up to receive Scotts Lawn Care Reminders (if not already signed up), or clicking on the alternate method of entry link during the Promotion Period. Entrants who refer friends that subsequently sign up to receive Scotts Lawn Care Reminders through the Promotion, will receive ten (10) additional entries per friend.
