The Oahu Surf & Sun Getaway Vacation Contest (the “Contest”) is open to U.S. residents (excluding Puerto Rico), 18 years old or older at the time of entry; and Canadian residents (excluding Quebec), that have reached the age of majority in the province in which they reside by the start date of this Contest as identified below.
Sweepstakes Promotion Period :
The Contest will begin at 12:01a.m. (C.S.D.T.) on June 3, 2011, and all entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. (C.S.T.) on June 30, 2011 (the “Contest Period”).
Limit :
One (1) entry per person.
Prize(s) :
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected from all eligible entries on or about July 15, 2011, for the Oahu Surf & Sun Getaway Vacation. Winner and one (1) guest shall receive six (6) nights/seven (7) days, hotel accommodations at the Turtle Bay Resort, surfing lessons for two; dinner for two at 21 Degrees North; an Eco-kayak adventure for two; and round trip coach air fare for two people from the major international airport nearest to winner’s home, plus round trip ground transportation from airport to resort (approximate retail value $6,440 – actual value may vary depending on location of major airport nearest to winner’s home) and a cash award of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500).
