One Grand Prize winner could win up to $90,000!
Eligibility :
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, Puerto Rico, and the District of Columbia who have reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction where they reside at time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
Sweepstakes Promotion Period :
The Pep Boys 90th Anniversary Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins on May 15, 2011 at 12:00:01 A.M. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on August 31, 2011 at 11:59:59 P.M. ET (the "Promotion Period").
Limit :
Each participant may enter one (1) time during the Promotion Period regardless of method of entry.
Prize(s) :
One (1) Grand Prize: Opportunity to win $90,000, $9,000 or $1,000. Once the potential GPW is selected and his/her eligibility has been confirmed, a representative of the Administrator will visit the Winner at a mutually convenient time and location. At that visit, the Winner will then have the opportunity to win $90,000, $9,000 or $1,000. The Winner will be handed a set of twenty-seven (27) sealed and uniquely numbered envelopes (“Envelopes”). The set of Envelopes will consist of five (5) envelopes containing the message “$90,000”, seventeen (17) envelopes containing the message “$9,000”, and five (5) envelopes containing the message “$1,000”. The Winner must open one Envelope at a time until he/she has opened five (5) Envelopes containing messages of the same prize level. The Winner must stop after five (5) Envelopes containing messages of the same prize level have been revealed, thus determining the prize amount the Winner will receive. If more than five (5) Envelopes for any one (1) prize message have been opened by the Winner, then the Sponsor is relieved of all liability for that Winner and no prizes will be awarded.
